Privacy
This site is designed to collect as little visitor data as practical.
Hosting and technical delivery
The site is generated as static files and served from a privately operated VPS hosted by IONOS. Network requests necessarily transmit technical information such as IP address, requested path, browser headers, and time of access. The portfolio uses no visitor analytics and creates no advertising profiles. Operational log retention must be rechecked whenever the server logging configuration changes.
Local browser storage
The first-visit notice stores only its dismissed state and the selected English/German preference in local storage. These values remain in the visitor's browser and are not sent to an analytics service.
Contact
There is no contact form. When the public mailbox is activated, the site can copy its public address after a deliberate click. The website does not receive the visitor's message or store contact-form submissions.
Fonts, embeds, and external links
Maple Mono and IBM VGA 8x16 are served directly from this website, so displaying text does not contact a font provider. External profiles open on their respective services and are then governed by those services. Optional third-party media must remain linked or click-to-load rather than loading automatically.
Search engines and Search Console
Public pages may be crawled and indexed by search engines. Google Search Console is used to verify site ownership, submit the sitemap, diagnose crawling and indexing, and review aggregated search-performance information such as impressions, clicks, search queries, country, and device category. It does not add Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, visitor-tracking code, advertising cookies, or additional Google requests when a page on this website is viewed. People who use Google Search interact with Google under Google's own privacy terms.
Future changes
If analytics, optional cookies, or embedded services are introduced, this page and the first-visit controls must be updated before those services run. Rejecting optional processing will not block access to the core portfolio.
